The Future of Self Heating Cans An OnLine
International Survey
Cans fitted with chemicals that may be activated to start
an exothermic reaction that heats the contents, have been a welcome
innovation in an industry that was 'dormant' for years. This innovation
is used by commuters, travelers, as a practical way to consume a hot
beverage, or a hearty soup.
Designers now
wonder, if this innovation will mark a trend to evolve the old can into
a fully contained meal. Some envision a multi-compartment package,
each with its own individual heating feature, so it can be heated up
exactly when needed. Is that the future of pre-packaged food, or is it
an overshoot?
The BiPSA Company is
conducting this
international survey on behalf of its client, a food company. All
participants will receive the results of this private survey.
